Kadama English Medium School is delighted to celebrate a remarkable milestone as our Founder and Director was crowned Best Woman School Owner in Geita Region during the Geita Women Festival 2026, held on 6th June 2026.
The prestigious recognition was awarded after receiving an overwhelming number of public votes, reflecting the confidence, trust, and appreciation that the community has placed in her exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to education.

For nearly two decades, the Director has devoted her life to transforming children’s futures through quality education. Since founding Kadama English Medium School in 2005 with only five nursery pupils, she has remained committed to providing an affordable, inclusive, and academically excellent learning environment.
Today, that vision has grown into one of Geita Region’s most respected educational institutions, recognized for producing outstanding academic results while nurturing discipline, integrity, leadership, and compassion.
Receiving this award is not only a personal achievement but also a celebration of the collective efforts of our teachers, learners, parents, alumni, and the wider Kadama community.
