To complete your application, kindly prepare the following:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Two Recent Passport-Size Photographs
- Previous School Academic Reports (for transfer students)
- Transfer Letter (if applicable)
- Parent or Guardian Identification
- Completed Admission Application Form
